Child-like characters?

In-game Thancred looks like he is in his early twenties, which would make sense for 1.0 and ARR, but in ShB Thancred is at least ten years older than he was in 1.0 (ARR takes place five years after the end of 1.0, and Thancred spends five years on Norvrandt). Guess they didn't want to make a new ingame face for him, which is odd considering the other ShB characters (Urianger, Y'shotla, Ryne) are consistent in their appearance in both the game and in the cinematic.

You forget in Shadowbringers, Thancred is sucked out of his body. The Scions are in a coma and their bodies are not brought over. So his body is not as old as his "spirit" or whatever you want to call it. It's basically a 5 year pass for them.
