Housing Moratorium help understanding where to look for info.

The moratorium is only on wards 19-21. You can still purchase in wards 1-18 if there are any houses available in those wards.

When they're ready to lift the moratorium, they'll post an announcement on the Lodestone. Considering how long they took to lift the moratorium on Spriggan and Twintania when their housing first opened, I don't expect the current moratorium to be lifted until patch 5.2.

Thanks for the heads up to a new player. SE doesn't seem to keep a proper handle on making housing easy, and I get why they do it after all the searches/information out there and what not. To put all the info in one spot would make the manipulators/hoarders have it to easy, but the fact is it seems they know all this and keep quiet anyway.
