Unable To Dowload Patch Files

My friend had this problem too recently but I have not been able to play since the night I bought the game because from the following update my launcher will not finish downloading. Gets to about 14% then gives the error. (Friend only got to 5%)

Unable to download patch files.
[30413][25008][10009]

That is all the info it gives, I hit OK and the client closes.

It has wasted a good chunk of the month of game time that came with the game and I am really debating getting a refund at this point and going back to WoW.

Are you connected directly to the router or are you using WiFi? Additionally, what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

I had the smae problem, but after lots of sites. I found this one that helped me, I think it was option method 2 and I only went to step 9.

Also if I couldn't get it to work I was also going to go back to World of Warcraft XD
