    transfer from ps4 to pc

    Hello, i have just recently transferred from ps4 to PC (Windows 10). i have installed the launcher but i am having trouble downloading the game. I get to about 100mb done, then i get error code [30413] [25008] [20495] [20459] i have looked into blogs and other forum post for a solution, but no luck. so please can i get some help with the matter.

    Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

    Are you connected directly to the router or are you using WiFi? Additionally, what have you tried so for to alleviate the issue?

    thanks for responding. i am using an Ethernet cable to my router.

    i have open my ports,
    turned off all firewalls and anti virus software,
    deleting the installer and reinstalling,
    last thing i have tried is running the software as admin and still nothing.

    i have continued to look in to the matter over the weekend and i haven't found any other solutions.

    Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

    Final Fantasy XIV will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. As such, it needs to have the proper configurations to avoid connection issues. Adjust the following settings in the Internet Explorer (not Microsoft Edge) web browser.
    Open the IE browser, open the "Tools", go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

    I seems the troubleshooting provided did not resolve the issue. If you are still experiencing the error, i'd recommend contacting your ISP regarding the issue and making a report with them.
