Confusing Things About Healers?

This one is easy: it's an appealing alt job because it doesn't start at level 1.

Which gets into another problem with healers if someone wants to pick it up. Want a tank? 20 levels to grind. Want ranged physical? 20 levels to grind. Want physical melee? 30 levels to grind. Want caster? 30 levels to grind. Want healer? 50 levels to grind. If no new healer in next expansion, that would be likely 60 levels to grind.
