Suggestions - Starlight decorations for hub cities that aren't starter cities

The title says it all. This is my first Starlight Celebration in the game, and while I am loving the event, I wonder why there's no decorations for it in any city other than Limsa, Gridania and Ul'Dah and the housing districts.

While I could understand the lore reasons why Starlight isn't celebrated in Kugane( even though there are Starlight decorations in Shirogane), Crystarium or Eulmore, I am wondering why isn't Starlight celebrated in Ishgard, Idyllshire, Mor Dhona, Ala Mhigo or Rhalgr's Reach. So I thought it would be nice if there were decorations for Starlight Celebration, or any celebratory event for that matter, in the game.

The reason most of the other hubs doesn't celebrate Starlight or any other seasonal events probably comes down to (developer) resources, differing Eorzea culture, and isolated "time bubbles" in each region.

Doesn't Starlight originate from Ishgard? That's the one city that kinda baffles me with it not being there. The others don't really bother me.

Ishgard absolutely should have Starlight decorations as it's an Ishgardian festival to begin with.

Though if they added decorations I hope they'd be a bit more muted and subtle to fit the setting. No gaudy colours or piles of gift boxes or cartoony snowmen - just some decorated trees and wreathes and more natural-looking things.

I dunno if goblins celebrate the same holidays, but the other locations are a good point. Especially Ishgard!
