Where are the hardcoded (non-MB) gold "faucets" in FFXIV?

I actually wondered about this today. With all the xp buffs can't players out level the quests and dungeons for gear? I saw someone get three levels at once on a disciple of war. I am not sure how that happened, but I saw it happen for a couple others as well.
