    Chinese Language Interface Option

    Is there any chance that in the future people who play on NA/JP servers will have the option to use Chinese as the interface and default language? Currently, I don't think there is a way to play the game in Chinese unless you play the Chinese version on a Chinese server.

    Providing a Chinese interface means just one thing. Hordes and hordes of Chinese players will storm the JP/EN data centers, and they will openly chat in Chinese using Shout and they will destroy the game environment. They will bring RMT vendors to the JP data centers and they will cause inflation in the economy.

    This had all been proven by the Taiwan World of Warcraft servers. Don't let it happen to FFXIV.

    If the Chinese want to play the real FFXIV. Learn English or Japanese.

    Stop being stereotypes.

    On the other hand, I found out typing kanji will result in words mostly converted to Monk symbols. Can't type a proper sentence.

    Also they go with traditional kanji.
