Most usefull job

Hello All, I need a little help.

I have all my jobs Lvl 30+ and getting to archer lvl 42 soon.

I already have MNK Lv.50 but I would like to have a second level 50 for end-game content.

I was thinking of GLA but the skillsare just meh to me. I am a very impatient person and I like to lead the party. But also, I like doing good Damage (black mage comes to mind)

In your honest opinion, which job will never run out of usefullness and is a good to have in any party situation?

WHM is silly useful. First off there is of course healing. Then you got a nuke set that is halfway decent, SLEEP, and standing MP regeneration moves that can keep a spell mindful WHM permanently up.

BLM is slightly less versatile but a great DD and really good for sleepga.
