From the tiny time I played wow on a friend's computer when my PS4 was dead the GCD is faster. But and this is just from what I seen. ( Also Scottzone himself has said this with momo )) That WoW is abit easier due to most bosses only being either a DPS soak OR a mech jam. In FFXIV all of our bosses are both and from a newbie on both games XIV asks alot more of you. Wow doesn't at first, but raiding can get insane but even still ( and this is from Scottzone ) XIV asks alot more of you at the highest level. But that's getting into diffcultly and not speed. Also what I noticed is Wow doesn't ask you to do Street Fighter levels of rotations. XIV on the other hand is the Street Fighter of mmos.
