Items Lost During Server Merge

As requested, here is my individual report on my items that were lost during the server merge maintenance.

ISP: Verizon
Type of Internet Connection: DSL
Internet Connection Speed: 1.5 Mbps
Date & Time: 3/27/2012, 2:25 pm EDT
Frequency: Once
Character Name: Elysia Zalakria
Race: Elezen Female
World: Aegis (Figaro prior to the maintenance that caused this issue)
Class/Level: BRD 50
Area and Coordinates: Ul'dah Market Wards (Middle Tailor's Row)
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: "Galkawithnotail" - my retainer
Monster Name: None
In-Game Time: Cannot recall the Eorzean time; only the Earth time specified above.

Steps:
1. Logged on following announcement that Aegis server was up but experiencing lag issues.
2. Returned to Ul'dah from Inn Room (Gridania), entered Market Wards, summoned retainer at Middle Tailor's Row.
3. Looked through retainer ("Galkawithnotail") inventory and noticed that it was at 144/150, when I was certain that it was either 149/150 or 150/150 prior to server merge maintenance.
4. After scrutinizing my inventory, I realized that my Onion Helm (from Collector's Edition), Hermes' Shoes (from having an active FFXI account at the time of FFXIV's launch), and my Asuran Armguards (from FFXIII's campaign code) were missing. A few other pieces of unique/untradeable "starter" gear, including "Well-worn Stockings", "Well-worn Bodice", and "Weathered Kecks (Brown)" were also missing, though of a lesser concern than the aforementioned three items. All of these items were in this retainer's inventory, not my character's, at the time of the maintenance.
5. Asked my LS and confirmed that at least one other person was also missing his Hermes' Shoes and Onion Helm.

All other gear in my character's inventory appeared to be in tact.
