Crashing after most recent patch

After 5.1.8 I am experiences crashes a few minutes after logging into my character. Usually there is no error message with the crash, but it displayed an error message the most recent time that said the following:

An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

I also checked my event log during that crash and the only entry in Applications or System was a Warning that said the following:

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 
{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}

Do you experience this issue with more than one character? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

I restarted my pc and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for the reply.
