clicking off of timed node by accident

i am trying to figure gathering out and i have clicked off of timed nodes so much now its just ridiculous because they vanish afterwards, is there anyway we could make it were you don't lose a timed node or it ask you if you want to abandon before it just closes out and you have to wait all over for it to pop up again

I gather thousands of timed nodes everyday, not once this has happened to me.....

Ive accidently opened a timed node before i was ready(wanted to pop or cordial or whatever), closed it quickly to do whatever i was going to do first, then a half second too late realized what id done. Its just a habit you have to break.

Turn off the option under character config to "deselect current target when clicking on empty space" - There is your problem. Dunno why you even turned that on in the first place when the ESC key serves just fine to un-target things.

I have that option on and the gathering window doesn't close when I click outside of it. The only way I found to close it with clicking is the X in the corner. I'm not quite sure how you can do that by accident.

That used to happen to me a lot when I was figuring out post-fifty gathering, too. I still do it every once in awhile, generally due to not paying enough attention to my GP.
