Very friendly GM Ranisseile :)

Just wanted to give my appretiation to GM Ranisseile. Very find, friendly, and good at their job.

Putting in reports often can be hit or miss, some GM not even looking at the ticket, having me repeat basically everything I already written down.

GM Ranisseile knew my case before hand, not having me repeat anything outside of confirming name of person I was reporting. It was refreshing to have someone not only be respectful but clearly respect my time by doing leg work ahead of time.
