also, a question for the one that sees the english version of the page, how many likes does that page have? cause the Italian one has 800k likes and i higly doubt that the italian community is so large.
i think the page is only one, and if i remember correctly facebook allows to show different versions of a page based on the location you access it.
if the english page has indeed 800k likes it means we're talking about 2 versions of the same page

The like numbers are not only similar but downright identical. The primary page as well as DE, FR, IT and ES versions only have differences of a few likes. And when I reloaded any of the pages, the like number usually changed a bit, so probably the differences between versions were also due to me loading the pages at slightly different times.

Only the RU version has a different number of likes, and it also redirects to Final.Fantasy.XIV.RU (note the periods between words).

NO cause we see only italian post, with only italian comments!!!! it's a filter set by the owner of the page to show different version of the post and the page based of your location
also our posts gets 30/40 reactions and it's clearly not normal for a page with 800K likes, unless they are shown to a specific audience just like i say

yes i see the english version with that, and i can confirm, posts are different, and comments are different, it's not auto translated

I would freakin love a Spanish version of FFXIV. I would be interested in hearing what accents the characters have and whatnot.
