Some Healer Rework

Sorta, and the really odd thing is I never played 11, lol.

But basically, Meltdown or Kaustra as it was called in English, for God knows what reason, was a very powerful DoT and Scholar's strongest damage dealing spell. It's something that, has been retroactively thought of as a SCH specific skill since it was unique to them. Sorta like Flare is for BLM, Holy for WHM, Dualcasting for RDM, etc.

I'm afraid I am not familiar with FFXI, but if it had a long cast time and/or gave a debuff, we could just rename Critical Vulnerability for Meltdown. Under this rework Critical Vulnerability is SCH's strongest hitting move, and is a DoT.

Sorry for the sort-of-necro, but I finally managed to get some time to update this suggested rework with some feedback I've got.

• WHM: Reworked lilies to be a proc-like system instead, making it easier to use in optimized scenarios.
• WHM: Added new versions of Glare, Dia, reworked some potencies, etc. to work with the new lilies.
• SCH: Renamed Critical Vulnerability to Kaustra as per Eloah's request (name is also way cooler).
• AST: Made Bole boost DPS too instead of MP regen (since it would be most used on tanks, which don't care about MP regen...)
• AST: Adjusted values of Lady and Lightspeed I/II.

I'd be very happy with some constructive feedback.
