Legacy Mark not appearing on my Legacy Character

If you had a 1.0 character the first time you log into ARR it will automatically inform you that you need to transfer your 1.0 character data into the new game (and would thus allow you to edit your character's appearence etc while doing so).

To the OP, another possibility as to what has caused this is did you accidentally created a new service account when ARR started and you registered ARR's serial code to that new account instead of adding it to your 1.0 account? Specifically, when you were in the Beta test, did you combine your Beta test account to your 1.0 account? Many Beta testers who were 1.0 players were caught here and inadvertently just transfered their Beta test account into full accounts without adding the 1.0 data to it, effectively creating two seperate accounts attatched to the one player ID, and because characters are not shared between accounts, this might be what is happening here.

Unfortunately I cannot remember if you can still combine the Beta account and 1.0 account data together as the Beta test has naturally been finished since mid 2013 nor how players who were caught here resolved the issue. Either way, it's something worth investigating.
