Legacy Mark not appearing on my Legacy Character

Hi, I have a Legacy Account with the following features:
- Legacy Chocobo
- Different subscription fee
- ARR end-game credits displayed my name

But I do not see the Legacy Mark on my character.

This Character started in Odin through Beta and 1.0 and then ended up in Midgardsormr before I transferred to Kujata recently.

I did a GM call with GM Zeigunav not long ago and Zeigunav told me that my character was not created in 1.0 and that I should check another character that I have in another world. When I said that I do not have another character, Zeigunav told me that the GM team is very sure that I do and that I should check the other data centers to find my other character and see if that character has the mark. I told Zeigunav that my mogstation character list only shows one character and it is this one but he said GMs can't see the mogstation details but they are still quite sure I have one more character.

So I went and check all the data centers and none of them contains another character, as suspected.

Where is my other character that the GM was so adamant that I have? Why don't I see it in any of the data centers and why don't I see it listed in my Mogstation under my service account?

I do have another service account but that one is a Beta account and does not have any characters registered.

So this one and only character that I have must be the same legacy character from 1.0. Please help. Thanks!

Edit: I definitely tried /legacymark off and then /legacymark on and it didn't help. Changed gearsets and repeated. Still didn't help.

Did you try /legacymark on
mine has turned off before for some reason and that turned it back on

Have you tried the text command for the Legacy Mark? I believe it’s /legacymark to toggle it on or off.

Yup. I did /legacymark off and on and tried to change gearsets too. Didn't help. Either I suffered amnesia and somehow forgot that I deleted my 1.0 character (which I really don't think I did) or something went wrong with my character over the years.

If the character you’re posting on (Red Echo @ Kujata) has the Legacy Chocobo on it, then it’s your Legacy character. Does the character you’re posting on have the Legacy ‘Bo? The Lodestone is showing it on there.

Yes. I've got the Legacy Chocobo on this character. I honestly don't remember having any other character other than this one. So what the GM said can't be true. Unless, of course, I really do suffer from memory loss.

Any character your roll, no matter when you rolled it, during 1.0 or today, will get the legacy chocobo. The mark, the 1.0 mounts (gobbue) and the drops from 1.0 exclusive duties is the only thing you wont get on any post 1.0 character.

Also check your achievements. Those wont carry to a new character, but if you have any legacy achievements, its definitely a 1.0 character.

The GM mentioned that I have another character elsewhere and asked me to locate it in the various datacenters. I'd done that but I couldn't find another character. Is there any way a staff of Square Enix can help me out here? My character list in the Mogstation displays only one character.

Also, check your journal and for Completed quests, check 'Other Quests' and select 'Legacy Main Scenario Quests'. If any quest titles are listed under 'Legacy Main Scenario Quests' there, then that means your character is a 1.0/Legacy character. If you do not have access to this selection (only 1.0 characters do), then I'm afraid your character was created in ARR and is not a 1.0/Legacy character.

If you're having trouble finding your 1.0 character, login on the Mogstation and check your subscription - your 1.0 character may be listed there but set as 'inactive' and thus will not show up on the character selection screen in game until it's subscription is activated.

This is not a legacy character then. If the GM is correct, that means I have another character but it is not visible or have been deleted somehow. They are quite sure it is in one of the datacenters but it is certainly not visible since I'd checked every one of them. There are no "inactive" characters visible in the mogstation though. Is there another way to find out?
