I'd like to see Matsuno return again to oversee more content inspired by Ivalice. Ideally something related to Garlemald as well as Vagrant Story with more of the intrigue and grey morality that the Ivalice games are famous for.

The fact that Noah van Gabranth left us a cliffhanger in the Return to Ivalice story makes me believe that we will be seeing more Ivalice content in the near future. Matsuno also appears to keep in touch with Yoshi-P and even appeared in the recent 14-hour FFXIV livestream where they played mahjong. My personal guess is that the next expansion will feature a new zone with a Southeast Asian theme as a throwback to Final Fantasy X (this zone will feature more Hrothgar) and also Ivalice as a throwback to Final Fantasy XII (which will feature more Viera and the return of Fran). I'm thinking that Ilsabard will be saved for when we're level 100.
Also, if Matsuno isn't coming in and out of Square Enix to work on Final Fantasy XIV (He's a big FFXIV fan) then it's also possible he's working with Yoshi-P again for that new AAA project speculated to be Final Fantasy XVI. Whatever the case, I'm expecting something Final Fantasy related from Matsuno again.
Akihiro Hino but sweet Hydaelyn bring the tissues because Level-5 knows how to make you sob like a baby.
Hideo Kojima writing a Metal Gear inspired Raid into Garlemald.
Because why not.
I just found out that Level-5 and Akihiro Hino created Yo-Kai Watch. If I recall, the development team was talking about wanting to do another Yo-Kai Watch collaboration. With a new approach to bringing guest creators, maybe Akihiro Hino will also be invited over to personally work on something himself. Maybe for Yo-Kai Watch or a new collaboration.
Damn that would be crazy and it's something that can be made to fit in with the setting of Garlemald.
Kim Kardashian. She would solve the butt slider problem. :P
Kazuma Kaneko creative director for SMT nocturne and the demon/concept desinger of IV and most of their recent games.
Joke answer: Fully voiced Danny Devito as an overly aggressive Lalafell.
Actual answer: I know he's still around, but I would adore seeing the magic Soken and Nobuo Uematsu in a full collab for an expansion soundtrack. Or bring the band back together and bring in Yasunori Mitsuda and just make Chrono Trigger music.
I would love to see what Hakkyu Kim could bring to the FFXIV table, although I'm probably just thinking that because I really want to see a crossover with Granado Espada.
