    Nah. I used to, but i've since found that there usually is a reason the party is down a member.

    Yes - I like being able to step in and help people where they need it. Getting an easy duty is nice, but so is being the person that the others have been waiting for.

    Sometimes there's someone dreadful in the party, but at least as often it's the dreadful one who was kicked or didn't have patience and left.
