Problem with FFXIV that I bought at square enix store

Hi, I just bought Final Fantasy XIV from the square enix store. On the game description on the square enix store it says "Includes the in-game Garlond Goggles as a bonus item", but i did not get a code for the bonus item. I wrote to the support from the link on the square enix store and their final answer was they couldn´t help me with my problem and I should write to the support from the square enix page so square enix could help me. I wrote to the support from the link an the square enix page and they said they could not help me and I should write to the support on the square enix store link.
So as you can see both the support at square enix and at square enix store says they can´t help me and I should write to the other one.
Since I have alredy written to both of them and they don´t do anything to help I would like to know if someone else had the same probrem and if someone knows what I should do to receive the code to activate the bonus item the square enix store page says I would receive with the game.

Those goggles were a preorder bonus for the standard edition, same way the onion helm was a preorder bonus for the collectors edition. Sorry to say you are a year and a half late.

    Goggles aren't pre-order.

They were released with the first rollout of the disks. If stores didn't sell out of the standard edition, they could have had some spare ones with the code slip inside, for months. Newer released copies of the game were not advertized with this bonus. That could be why it was confused as a "preorder only" item.

    Alencar,

The Garlond Goggles are a promotional item that was available during the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV, as a pack-in code with the standard edition of the game, as others have mentioned in this thread. If you purchased from any retailer, including the Game Store linked on the SQUARE ENIX Website, and did not receive something that was to be included in your order, you would need to contact the retailer that failed to provide what was advertised. Even though the store is offered on the SQUARE ENIX Website, it is not managed by SQUARE ENIX (as we do not sell our titles directly to the public).

Support for the SQUARE ENIX Online Store is offered here

However, as this thread is not related to an actual technical issue with FINAL FANTASY XIV itself, we’ve gone ahead and closed it. Please keep in mind that this forum is only for technical issues with FINAL FANTASY XIV itself, and not unrelated issues.
