30002 Error - Can't log in with specific character Aegis

As an update, I tried logging on from my boyfriend's computer (same household) with the same error. He can log on to his character fine, but I can't log in from any location. It's definitely a character or account based issue.

I am going through the exact same issue on Balmung, I havent been able to log in since the patch was released but my roomate can on his character with his computer or mine. I have called SE for the issue but they are literally helpless because they have to get their info from japan. They were'nt even able to access my account from their end like a cell phone or bank company.
