If a streamer blurs out names and talks the same way about a player do they still deserve a suspension?

You could make the argument that you could see the in game name so people would then go and harass them in game, but that would be on the individual doing the in game harassment not the streamer.

We should not punish people for their opinion of others. If people dont get along in game that's what the blacklist feature is for. It doesn't even enter into harassment until you try to get around said feature. Otherwise it's just an opinion.
