I mean with the boomer vs millennial thing, my years in handling customer service and dealing with complaints with 1000's of people across the country I can safely say. Millennials and boomers aren't anything special. You're all a mix of terrible and not-so-terrible people.

I get why people retaliated with the 'boomer' thing, because it's everywhere, "millennials did this, millennials are bad for that". So a part of me says "cool, they're getting a taste of their own medicine, shoe's on the other foot now" but at the same time, I can also see it contributing to that division instead of solving it.
