I know I'd prefer to get scorch to hit in a small area like blood lily as atm it doesnt feel like aoe builds up to anything.

A melee combo leading into Verfloly into Scorch, with Scorch being AoE, would be 700 AoE potency in 10.2 seconds (171 AoE potency per target per GCD, for reference, VTA2/Impact spam is 170 per target per GCD, so gratz on building to an additional potency? also, Scorch as AoE makes a single target go off the AoE balance, doing nothing to reduce the kill time of that group).

Manafied EMouli from 100->0 is 7.5 seconds of 366.67 potency per GCD AoE burst, more than 400 under Embolden.

Like, you do build up to something huge, that's not exactly small potatoes AoE there.
