[Suggestion] - Change Area of effect buffs to Party Wide effects.

I would like to make the suggestion to change AoE buffs to Party wide aura's , for example right now if you cast Stoneskin, Protect or whatever they sometimes and quite usually miss targets due to impatience players.

This can be frustrating as it requires you to recast the spell on the missing person.

Many MMO's have Party wide Aura's and I think it would be a great addition to the game for spells to work in this manner.

I'm sure many people will claim "well if they are out of range then its their fault" and yea you are right, but its more about convenience than anything.

It would be handy if Divine Viel acted in this way as well as in many situations the Paladin is out of range from most of the party (especially the ranged players)
