    This

Anytime after 5:00PM on a weekday is a good time for any multiplayer game, as people will start getting off work, this should be easy for anyone to infer

On weekends I've found anytime to be prime time, given lots of people will be off work.

PvP is currently dead because of the stacked teams. People just don't wanna deal with it, and a bunch of PvP discords have just stopped queuing for PvP currently.

For anyone who doesn't know the situation:
Currently, a bunch of PvP vets are all queuing for PvP in a single GC with freelancer off - stacking one team with a large number of people who destroy everyone else. The new game mode makes kills more important, by basically offering 10 points per kill. To compare, bronze nodes are worth 50 points, silver nodes are worth 100 points, and gold nodes are worth 200 points. On top of that battle highs are VERY easy to get, and this results in the stacked team (usually) having +10 battle highs, and completely eating both other teams. It's not uncommon to see games where the stack team wins, and both other teams have 0-200 points each. Generally, they usually go after 1 specific team as well, eating them for battle highs, and then eating the other team.

This is in Aether, however, I can not speak for other data-centers, but I'm sure others are probably having this issue as well.
