Suggestion: When in a FATE, add nearby PCs and NPCs in party list

Something handy for healers, to help them see who needs help, and target them easily.

As it is now, doing something like that would F up duty finder queues. They'd have to create an entirely new party structure that could take temporary members without messing with the existing structure.

In short, this is a non-trivial ask.

It is unfortunate that the underlying code structure isn’t easy to modify, though that’s up for the devs to decide upon the difficulty.

The principle of the suggestion is to provide an easy means for healers to see what’s going on, especially when various NPCs are clustered atop one another, with some about to die.

The original suggestion isn’t so much to modify the party list (i.e., to force people...and NPCs? into a party), but to have a convenient list for selecting healing targets in the middle of a scrum. In other words, just list the targets, but not really be in a party.
