Nutsy Will not unlock

I have been trying to unlock Nutsy quests for about three days now. It keeps telling me I have to complete a main scenario quest on top of Elite and Dangerous. I have done both and confirmed that it is completed in my journal. I have also unlocked Stormblood hunts all the way to elite. I've tried contacting GM and submitted a bug reported, but I am not getting a response other than what looks like bot responses. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I am missing?

I'm done with the entire main scenario quest line, so yes. Also, have verified both the main scenario and Ishgard quest Elite and Dangerous are in my completed section of my journal.

So this will sound like a stupid question. I apologize for that. Have you verified that you dont already have access to the nutsy hunt board? Sometimes these mini unlock "quests" dont show up in the quest journal, but when you try interacting with the person or piece of equipment in question you can already use it.

I had the same problem on my alts. The help text for the hunt unlock when you check the hunt board is wrong and really should be fixed. There is a sidequest highland hyur standing near the Pendants that unlocks after Holminster Switch or thereabouts that is the ACTUAL unlock quest for the hunt board. Just clear out all the sidequests with + markers on them in the Crystarium and you won't miss it.

Thank you! I had someone on my server's discord help me with that. I thought I had completed all the "blue" quests; I guess I just didnt see that one.
