    Do you think SE will make Blue Mage do Ultimate content?

    Well we have Bahamut and Alexander Savage content needed to get blue mage mount, though I have a feeling that once our Blue mage will level up to 70, it may be possible SE might make us do ultimate content with them. If so it might make Bahamut and Ultima Weapon Ultimate more unforgiving. What do you think? Do you believe in the future SE might make Blue Mage do Ultimate?

    All I know is that if they do, the reward will be even rarer than the Ultimate rewards already in existence.

    Maybe for old Ultimate content. I can see them allowing BLU to eventually do The Unending Coil of Bahamut probably by 6.0.

    ultimate rewards are not rare at all, there is a reason why people are selling it 24/7 on PF.

    Well, not a lot of people have them regardless. Ultimate is aimed towards a specific crowd, and that crowd isn't exactly big.

    I don't think they will mostly because BLU is actually a bit overtuned compared to conventional DPS now on top of the utility it brings.

    They're liable to be even more powerful with 70 cap which could potentially cheapen the value of the ultimate achievements and I don't think they'd be willing to adjust the fights just to prevent things like Diamondback cheesing.

    I suppose they could just make it so you get a different achievement entirely if you manage to clear with a BLU only team, though.

    That would only be true if they made ultimate coil possible unsynced. As it is now, it's still an ultimate challenge for standard raid comps, just as much as TEA is, and I hope that wouldn't change in 6.0. For that reason I doubt it would apply to BLU in the slightest
