    Umbrellas are potentially a mount, they were mentioned years ago as a possibility but nothing came of it. So I reckon they might also be cosmetic.

    As for one less dungeon per patch, I do hope it means we get more content elsewhere as well as more character customisation.

    I hope they are not mounts, it rains in cities too...
