Today the game is closed at once after using tp, when I try to log back, the game is loading forever

When the game first closed, did you receive an error message? If so, do you recall what it said?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Could you try updating the graphics drivers as they appear out of date?

I have already done several actions and the problem persists
Among them is reinstalling the game (also deleting its folder), update the driver, disable the antivirus, fix some internet explore and more.

the game is still crashing (when I log in with the character) and sometimes the eternal loading screen


however I can continue playing with my other characters, there is no possibility of being moved from server or performing a roll-back

If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
