A Japanese game created by a Japanese company dares to have a presentation in Japanese?! There is a full translation going on in a twitch channel if you want it.

You should have said this in a previous thread. You were apparently a bad person for taking SE's side and not ostracizing SE for doing Japanese Audio during "Japanese Game Show"
It was a fun thread
I fixed your post for you.
On a more serious note, I can understand why people get upset the live letters are not translated. It creates the impression one player base is preferred over the other as they get all information about the game delivered in a language they can understand at the time it’s announced. This is certainly not great customer service on SE’s end, and when customers feel they are not being treated fairly by a business they complain.
However, I also see the business end. Great customer service comes at a cost and there would certainly be costs to SE for providing live translations for more Live Letter. Businesses weigh costs versus reward. Are they going to lose customers because they don’t provide these translations? I don’t think so. Are they going to gain customers by providing more live translations? Also very unlikely. Therefore, there isn’t really a good business reason to provide this service, and businesses, especially big publicly traded companies, don’t tend to do anything there isn’t a good business reason to do.
So while it would be nice if everyone got the same level of service, I wouldn’t expect SE to change its current practices. It also doesn’t help any chance for change that a certain portion of the international player base is fine with the status quo.

I can't really see that in the post you quoted. They simply agree with the sentiment about not having an English translation but they can also see it from SE's point of view and completely understand. But you know, let's just label them American like it's a bad thing because it's the "cool" thing to do.

I guess any chance of me and you talking on Twintania has been reduced to 0 since you're clearly an American hater.
Sidenote: Most monolingual speakers don't grasp the "why" concept of translations not being in their native language. They don't know the struggle of mental interpretation between one's native language and a target language that may not be in the same language family.
