Launcher error: Unable do Download Patch Files [11006] [20645] [19900] [23]

    Hi,

Around a week ago my game crashed during Copied Factory 3rd boss,
After that I couldn't open the game again, so I decided to reinstall the game

When I'm downloading patch files, after a few minutes I keep getting the same error:

    Unable do Download Patch Files [11006] [20645] [19900] [23]

This has been happening around a week now, I've looked on blogs and forums but nothing helps:

    I have tried:
Deleted all game folders and reinstalled
    Changing my DNS settings,
Run chkdsk /f on my hard drive
Setting the game to compatibility mode (Windows 7)
I even reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch.

    Nothing seems to work;

    Please send help

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

There are a few troubleshooting options we can provide in order to strengthen your home network:

    1) If you are using a wireless connection, try connecting with an Ethernet cable.

    2) Make sure that any anti-virus software you have has the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV.

    3) Try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

    4) Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that they have been opened:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040
Your ISP can open these ports for you.

    5) The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
