Can we get these shown on the job gauge please?
I recommend posting this in the DPS subforum, as there is a dedicated place for this type of feedback. General is a catch all that turns into a mess mostly.
You already have the tools available to you to accomplish this. You can handle this one of two ways, or both:
Your buffs/debuffs can be displayed via the UI and increased to 200% of their default size. You can also adjust these so their display is linear, or placed on a grid (recommended). Furthermore, you can place these anywhere on your screen.
The second is Shoha. This ability procs once you have three stacks of meditation. I am not sure if you are on controller or KB+M, but either way you can set Shoha to a hotbar for display purposes only, and again increase its size if you wish. When you see it light up, you know you have x3 stacks of med.
*note on the buffs/debuffs: When fiddling around with these settings make sure that you can still see the timers beneath the status icons.
*note on Shoha hotbar display: Shoha will not light up if it is still on CD. It's rare you will have to worry about this, but can happen if you find enough downtime during encounters to meditate from 0-3 stacks during the transition. This is more of an issue when going hamm on striking dummies. Hopefully devs will address this in a future patch.

I just wish it has that sound effect when it reached 3 stacks just like how dancer's fan reach 5 stacks.
Just use it after you've done 3 Iaijutsus? It's literally counting to 3.
If keeping track of doing 3 Iaijutsus is too much, just press the Shoha button after every Iaijutsu. If you don't have 3 meditation then nothing happens and you continue on.
But it also adds a stack when you use the super Iaijutsu thing. So really only 2 hits and a super to get the stacks to proc
