Disappearing Items After World Merge/Patch 1.21a?

Just wondering if anybody else has run into this issue, or if there was an announcement of some kind that I missed. Yesterday I logged out on my low-level Archer with some of my old level 1 gear equipped (starting gear, Asuran Armguards from launch, etc). Today when I logged in, my character was mostly naked, with all my low-level gear having disappeared.

I've checked my inventory and retainer with no luck and haven't found anything in recent developer posts or patch notes. If anybody has ideas, that'd be great--though I get the feeling I'm going to feel pretty oblivious when I find an answer haha.

Nope, not just you. I lost what starter gear I had as well, which includes the u/u items like Hermes' Shoes, Onion Helm, and Asuran Armguards. I definitely had all of these before the merge, too.

There is a thread going on the Tech Support forums for this, if you'd like to add your disappearances to the list as well.
