    You completly missed my point - those long dps-queues are exactly the reason that people need an incentive to play a tank or healer over a dps-job. Those long queues exist because so many people are already playing dps and so little are playing tanks and healers, which is why there is a carot in place to get people to play jobs that might not be their first choice.
    I'm sorry if I came off as "talking down damage dealers", which wasnt my intention. I merely tried to explain why there doesnt need to be extra incentive for people to pick those jobs over tanks/healers: The majority of people is already doing that. If you dont like waiting 30+ minutes for your dps-queue to pop, its in your best intrest that tanks and healers get special rewards - instead of adding incentives for people to pick a dps-job.
