[Suggestion] Job mounts!

Anything that stops the washing-out of the professions we have is appreciated.
This is an excellent idea, really! When I read "[Request]", I thought it's Theodric's spam again, but then I saw it's not him and voilá, a quality suggestion thread!

Yes, I think actually DPS deserve it first for equality, and second, as you should know: DPS are the ones that suffer the most. Last time I was in the outdoor Castrum Run (as Scholar) and there were two newbies and the "New player" message. Tank left, healer left. Other tank left. I left, then, too. The rest: 4 doomed DPS. They waited "> 30 minutes" just to wait another ">30 minutes" because of selfish and pampered Healers and Tanks. And DPS are also the ones that don't get the "auto commendation" either. We need to stop that really. Without the damage, the tanks and healer die as well, so talking down damage dealers is really a bad mindset.
