    I've contacted the support center and they said:
    Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Support Centre.
    We are sorry that you are experiencing this issue with logging in to Excalibur.
    As the world transfers occurred less than 24 hours ago, we are still in the transition of moving characters.

    Please bear with us while we process these transfers, and try again later.

    So we have to wait. I reactivated the account 2 days ago and I find myself with this mess. I'm already tired of everything.

    * Transfer of all characters is scheduled to be completed between mid to late April.
    I paid for a month and I can not play. Nice job.

    Priority for the character transfer will be given to players who resume their automatic recurring service option before the transfer process is completed. However, please note that it will take several days after a player resumes their automatic recurring service option for the completed transfer to take effect.
    That sucks and I understand you're justifiably irritated, but you should be able to play in a few days if that's the problem. They shouldn't bill you for this time, and if they do, I'd raise a fuss.
