    (30002)1349802060,8562651,5 HELP!

    I just had to restart the game after one of my characters on one of my accounts froze while returning. Now no matter what account I log in to and what character i try to log on with I get the error (30002)1349802060,8562651,5. What does it mean and how do i fix it? please and thank you for any help!

    same here, from masamune, been more than 20minutes, everything frozed and had to force log, now i cant enter.

    Me and my gf also now are locked out of game due to this error we were doing "On a Prayer" Quest and were teleporting and the locked in place couldnt log out teleport or anything so we shut down and now are unable to do anything. So i would also like a answer to this problem

    30002 is a ping/server connection error.

    the server could have crashed. where you in the wards? or one of the other common areas that crashes?

    wait a bit and try again. in the mean time reset your router, computer, and grab some lunch or something.

    well im glad to know it doesnt seem to be a problem on my end. I was in Limsa when it happened so If all of you were on Masamune I guess just masamune as a whole went down...
