Error Message When Trying to Login

I've been without the internet for about a week, was able to log in perfectly fine right before it went out. Just got the internet back this morning and upon trying to log-in I am receiving the following error:

"Based upon recent suspicious activity, we have identified that your account may potentially be at risk. For your protection, we have temporarily suspended login access to this account.
Instructions for lifting this restriction have been sent to the email address registered to your Square Enix Account.
For more information about the login restriction, please refer to the following page:
http://support.na.square-enix.com/j/lbna"

I know that the servers have been up and down with the merges and what have you, but everyone else I know is just receiving time-outs and what have you trying to log-in.

I tried following the instructions given to me from the support link attached with the message and it still did nothing. I never received an e-mail during the past week like the message says I should have.

Is it best to just wait out the world merge problems and try again? Or did someone try hacking into my account and it got locked?

EDIT: I just called SE Support, and they were able to help me to unlock my account. If anyone else has this problem, I suggest giving them a call. 858-790-7529
