I love FF9, I still play the game about yearly and one of the reasons I love FF14 so much is the fact that it reminds me of the utter celebration of all the things Final Fantasy which FF9 was as well!!
Six years later in Dawntrail, Oglops just showed up...although no minions. Yet.
