    Error Code 11003

    So, the past few days I have been getting this code. In those days, I have uninstalled the game, reinstalled, restarted my modem, restarted pc. Followed detailed instructions about how to fix the game from support and still nothing. I try to start the game in admin mode via the files, and when I load into the launcher, it tells me my sub is no longer active when I have 20 some days left. I am needing help because I would rather not waste another full day to uninstall and reinstall. Oh btw, when I did that, the game did work. I logged in, I played and did some duties. Though logging out, put me in the same position.

    Do you have a firewall? Did you disable the firewall to see if that's blocking it?
    Do you have an anti-virus? Did you disable the anti-virus to see if that's blocking it?


    If it's either of the above, you should be able to add it as an exception to allow it to run without interfering once you confirm it's one of those two things.

    Are you connected directly to the router or are you using WiFi? In regard to the error that tells you do not have an active subscription, does this same message appear when the game is launched through Steam?

    I am connected to Wifi. Never had the issue logging in and playing before. I have an active subscription. I get the error saying I don't have a sub when trying to launch the game via files and as admin. Threw steam it gives me the error and won't open the launcher.

    Could you try connecting directly to the router? Is the game application allowed through the fire wall?

    Additionally, to avoid the subscription notice error, please launch the game through Steam. Due to changes made to the game launcher, if you have the Steam version of Final Fantasy XIV, you will need to launch it through the Steam application.
