The only way to "fix" roulettes is to force minimum ilvl for ever dungeon/raid/trial, but we all know that will cause backlash with the casuals because the casuals are going to complain about being forced to learn mechanics, and the hardcores will still complain about casuals not doing the mechanics properly/dying to mechanics...
