People just being overstimulated by other MMO's that feature bust/butt sliders (to the extreme sometimes) and try to put those standards in here.
Which, of course, backfires and gets the game negative feedback.

people actually did say many time "thank you" in SE direction - when the Nier raid was added ( especially because of "finally" a proper butt )

It's not that dramatic but there is certainly a difference and personally I don't think they needed to change it. I think this twitter post does a good job of showing the difference.

I’m sorry that some of us prefer our characters to look like they have a backside. I’d love to see how asking for a rounder bottom has gotten the game this “negative feedback”, though. Asking for more character customization isn’t a crime; and I think people are well within they’re rights to make such a request.

I don’t play other MMOs, so what they do doesn’t really matter to me. But I do play this one, so I’d like for my character to look nice.

Feature is given to players, hooray! Feature is then taken away for the most inane of reasons when there are others visibly worse that have not been fixed in over 5 years. Please, tell me why players shouldn't be upset and voicing their opinions as consumers?

And unlike the all caps, five exclamation point tantrums that have happened upon the OF, this thread has honestly been quite civil. I dearly hope that this thread is seen and brought to attention to those with the power to change things back.

And I wish I could read Japanese and other languages to see what the rest of the playerbase outside NA is saying about it.

As a real life female that plays an Au Ra (and already hates how small breasts get in some outfit), I just simply find slightly bigger butts to be more natural looking. Right now my character often (even with max settings) looks so small in a lot of outfits, like I am a teenager who still needs to develop. It would be great to have a slider and to have it stay that way with outfits.

The same can be said for males in this game. They barely look like they have anything in their pants and it makes it look off.

Having at least one glamour ingame that gave us a bit of a butt (it was not even that big) was a win. Taking that away while a lot of stuff glitches way more harder with other items ingame is just strange.
