Believe it or not, all people care about is the size of their character's butt. Thats why they talked about "butt slider".
But yeah, must be a thing of " Immersion", haha.

Yeah, it's obviously "important" to some people, but it's not actually important. As in this doesn't matter. This is a huge thread in a matter of a couple days. You don't see other actual issues with the game gain this much traction. SE was probably getting flooded with trash about 2b bottom butts since the patch. I talk a lot of trash about SE's priorities and whatever else, but I actually feel for them having to deal with this.
I don't see people running around in panties like those in my daily life, and people dressed like we are in the red light district breaks my immersion. We can all agree the Hank Hill butt looks awful, but this is so overblown. Hey I like my share of summer and beach glams, but this was just ridiculous.
I also don't understand what you are trying to prove with this picture. Those tops and bottoms are from two different sets. Is that the raid top? If so the raid bottoms that go with still have a butt.

So, thats gotta be a combination of a few things, angle of picture taken outfit. Here's my character, straight on. No adjustments, with the straight pose, not leaning or anything. (Bikini for the profile) Right click, view image to make it bigger.
I'd argue she has a butt that looks fairly natural.

You would have to take my word for it, but I actively avoid using certain pairs of shorts or skirts that reveal the backside because when it's revealed it just looks off for lack of better words. You can find old threads on the issue where people too mention that it just looks "off" and it's not pleasant to look at. Though some posterior-enthusiasts detract the point of the threads going on about wanting butts that'd use some flattering but not appropriate adjectives.
If a character's arms were too skinny compared to the rest of them, or the waist too thin for the rest of their bodies, there'd be threads about that too. Taking a look at your join date it's no surprise that you might not know how deeply aged this topic is (ever since relaunch), and if you look into it developers openly admit flatter backsides were for the sake of easing development for new armors.

Midlanders overall do look more correct than Miqo'te and Roegadyn. People point to Elezen female suffering from the flat-rears as well.

Also for reference.

C'mon now, a lot of people have complained a lot about PvP since always; same with the lack of a new healer. Many are still angry about that.
About crafting, i don't know. I think it's good right now, except for the naughty amount of XP you get by doing anything. Personally, i think it's too much

I remember being in ARR just being absolutely bothered at how my character looked in the caster ironworks armor with her rear end exposed in those pants with the lines straight down the buttcheeks and them actually bending inwards at points instead of outwards. >.< I pretty much wear only tops with buttcapes to avoid that scenario again. You would have to take my word for it, but I actively avoid using certain pairs of shorts or skirts that reveal the backside because when it's revealed it just looks off for lack of better words.
