It depends on what was intended with the fix. What was no doubt intended was the skin tone fix, for bottoms and top. If flat butt isn't a bug, rather if it was intended, then there is nothing to revert. If they see the backlash, like here, perhaps they would revert that?
People would have to raise bugs through the in-game tool in numbers high enough to crash their github servers.
