It's set like ruffle skirt, that's clear as day. Is this what they meant to have happen? I don't think so as it's even causing issues with other gear.
Filing a report wont hurt any, acting like a fix to something that was a non-issue for many MANY tops is now acting exactly the way they intended isn't gonna help.

Sarcasm? i get it, I do it a lot too. No, I don't think it was intended. I think SE was lazy and overlooked it, now I'll wait for the quotes mad at me for saying "lazy". This is typical SE. 2b was intended. They would have had to manually set flat butt to gear like ruffled skirt. At best, they might try to "save face" and claim it was a bug, rather than their own ineptitude... or maybe some "limitation" nonsense.
