GM Surveys

leaving forum posts is great and all, but every time someone has a shiny new idea, i would imagine really exemplary service by the GM department can get lost in this sauce. You guys should implement an actual survey form we can fill out, better yet have it available in game. If you want to cut corners SurveyMonkey could help you, but the FF14 community forums are large and it could be very beneficial to be able to really keep track of actual GM service demographics. It could very well help quash the rumors that they do not exist.

They used to email such surveys every now and then. Unfortunately, they were super vague about what the survey was in response to. So unless you've only had a single GM interaction in recent memory, the player had no idea which GM interaction they were talking about. I did tell them as much, so I can very optimistically hope they've been redesigning such surveys since. =)
