lack of endgame groups

I've noticed that this server and probably other servers lack endgame LSs... it's either 1) Full 2) Don't respond to shouts. Since the game has been released all I ever had were Social linkshells and no luck at finding endgame shells... I've done my share of leading in FFXI for a good while and I really just want to follow orders this time. But With the Server merge im hoping everyone that has my problem would find a good LS so they are not stuck just chatting and actually gaining new gear and just having fun with the challenges SE throws at us.

There is endgame shells but problem is. content now is only 8 Men groups so likeshells tend to keep its members low.

Endgame shells don't accept members who randomly shout for an endgame ls, you have to apply to one and prove your skills. To quote a great man. "Shouting for an end-game Linkshell is like walking into the mall and shouting for a job."

Honestly I think endgame is a bit overrated right now. I'd worry more about it when there's more to do than 3 dungeons and 2 primals. I have enough fun on my social LS with random runs every now and then. We might not get consistent wins and epic gear, but what're you going to do if you get full darklight gear except do the same thing over and over anyway?

This won't happen for any single person pre-patch 1.22. 10% drop rate on non body pieces and 1% drop rate on body pieces that you MUST do a speed run for. GL!
